Compensation
- Pensacola, FL: $19.00 – $23.00/hour
- Winchester, VA: $22.00 – $25.00/hour
The Training Instructor is responsible for implementing and facilitating training programs across assigned business areas. This role partners closely with Instructional Designers to deliver effective learning experiences and ensure training programs meet operational and business needs. The instructor evaluates training effectiveness, recommends improvements, and supports branches through targeted learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate instructor-led and blended training programs for assigned business areas
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop and test learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and schedules
- Conduct training sessions and monitor participant performance and engagement
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements or modifications
- Analyze operational processes and procedures to identify effective training solutions
- Assess organizational and development needs; present findings and recommendations to management
- Provide training support to branches to meet business objectives
- Perform routine tasks of limited scope requiring basic research and review
- 1–5 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or a related instructional role
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to assess training needs and recommend practical learning solutions
- Experience working with structured lesson plans and training materials
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (onsite 3x/week)
- Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) prior to assuming duties
- Completion of fingerprinting and background checks
