Salary: $24,736 to $40,723 per year

Pay Rate: Instructional Assistant Grade C2b Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)

• Previous experience as an instructional assistant in a public school system or experience working with groups of children preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and computation skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Applicants must meet Title I paraprofessional requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent.
• Must have met one of the following options:
• Completed two years of study (48 credit hours) at an institution of higher education.
• Hold an associate's (or higher) degree.
• Have passed the Parapro Assessment through ETS.
