• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!)
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and ensure they have a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community. Many of our leaders started in this position and have opportunities for upward mobility.

• You re open to being a goofball and love giving high fives. (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well).
• You have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• You live to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you and their parents really like you too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

• Kids and parents walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every day.
• You ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you ll be moving all day.
• We take our fun seriously but also the role we play in our community and with each child we meet. The relationships you ll build here will last a lifetime.
• You could get paid to fold T-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours.

The Little Gym is the world s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.

Once you become part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
