• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

• Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• State certification or licensure as a Preschool Teacher is a plus.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and parents.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Ability to create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
