We are hiring Training Instructor! This role is ideal for an early-career learning & development professional who enjoys facilitating sessions, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving training content based on real business needs.

Large Financial Services Client

Location:

Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA (Hybrid – onsite minimum 3 days/week)

Assignment Type:
Contract Only

Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training Instructor to deliver and support training programs that enhance employee performance and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging training sessions for assigned functional areas
• Partner with Instructional Designers to test and refine learning materials, facilitator guides, and lesson plans
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
• Analyze operational processes to identify training opportunities and solutions
• Assess organizational training needs and assist in developing targeted programs
• Present insights, findings, and recommendations to management
• Support business operations by aligning training initiatives with evolving needs
• Assist with routine administrative and research-related training tasks

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to translate processes into clear and effective training content
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is between $16.50 and $26.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
