Child Care Substitute- Benefited

Shenandoah University’s Child Care Center is accepting applications for Substitutes.

This is a part-time benefited position located in Winchester, Virginia.

• Assist director, assistant director, teachers and assistants in daily activities and classroom needs.
• Work a flexible schedule based on staffing needs.
• Complete book orders, dishes, laundry as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality in all classrooms.
• Keep upbeat attitude.

Shall be at least 18 years of age. Shall have previous experience working with young children in a group childcare setting.

• Have effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Great thinking skills.
• Ability to focus on multi-tasks.
• Cope with high stress levels.
