Process Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster a people‑first culture.
• Develop proof of concept and prototype equipment/processes.
• Turn prototypes into viable manufacturing processes.
• Perform trials with internal and external resources to support process development.
• Support change management processes and procedures.
• Use technical knowledge to design, troubleshoot, and optimize new and existing processes.
• Use data to drive decisions on process design and optimization.
• Design for safety by keeping employee safety, equipment design, and material hazards at the forefront.
• Work with equipment suppliers and vendors to vet new and innovative process technologies.
• Investigate new and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to develop innovative processes.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s of Science in an engineering discipline and 3+ years of relevant experience. Project management experience in product and process development is preferred.

Base Salary Range: $83,000 – $100,000 annually. The role is eligible for additional compensation through an annual/sales bonus.
