Black Star is looking for a Senior Computer Systems Engineer / Architect in Winchester, VA, to support Enhanced 9-1-1 (E-911) and Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG911) modernization for U.S. Army Voice Modernization programs. This on-site position requires extensive experience in systems engineering and IP network architecture to ensure reliable emergency communications.
The candidate will need to have a minimum of 10 years of experience, a current Active Secret Clearance, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong knowledge of SIP/VoIP and IP routing is essential.
