Our team is growing! Greenway Engineering, Inc. is currently seeking Design Engineers / Civil Engineering Technicians, EIT (Engineer in Training) with land development experience to join our teams in our Winchester and Ashburn, VA offices.
Under the guidance of a licensed engineer (P.E.) and as a member of a project team, this position will design Industrial, commercial, and residential subdivision and mixed-use layouts.
Applicants must possess:
Land Development Experience (minimum 2-5 years)
Ability to assist Project Managers and Senior Engineers in the planning and design of hydraulic and storm water collection systems
Create and run electronic hydraulic models for water and sewer systems, including static and extended period simulations as needed
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D and MS Word and MS Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in design, development and management of projects
Flexibility in managing job tasks as deadlines and priorities change
Desire to work in a team environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, clients, and public agencies
EIT (or PE) license preferred

Job Shift
In-office Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM with occasional overtime
Job Salary Range
$50,000.00 – $ per year based on experience and qualifications
