TRG Manufacturing Search Division is conducting a search for a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established global manufacturer. You'll evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify automation opportunities, and lead equipment improvement projects from concept through implementation. Working closely with operations, maintenance, and outside vendors, you'll increase production capacity, improve efficiency, and help modernize a highly customized, engineered-to-order manufacturing operation.
If you enjoy solving real manufacturing challenges, you'll lead high-impact automation initiatives involving robotics, cobots, vision systems, and other advanced manufacturing technologies. You'll see your ideas move from concept to implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful business results.
We're looking for someone with 4+ years of manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience who has worked with manufacturing automation, machine design, equipment modifications, and project management. You'll thrive in this role if you're a hands-on, self-driven engineer who enjoys taking ownership, collaborating across departments, and seeing projects through to completion.

Background:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- 4+ years of manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience.
- Experience with manufacturing automation, machine improvements, or automated production equipment.
- Hands-on equipment troubleshooting and project leadership experience.
- Project management experience leading equipment or automation projects from concept through implementation.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD (Inventor, Solid Works, AutoCAD, etc.) and strong GD&T knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000, with final compensation based on your experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
