Some of the tasks involved in this role are:

• Develop and optimize chemical process parameters to improve extrusion stability, cell structure, density control, and overall product performance.

• Analyze raw material interactions and formulation performance to maximize yield, reduce scrap, and improve manufacturing consistency.

• Lead process troubleshooting and root cause investigations on chemical, thermal, and mechanical variables impacting production efficiency and quality.

• Support scale-up, process validation, and implementation of new technologies to increase capacity, reduce energy consumption, and enhance process capability across KINA operations.

• Ability to cope with ambiguity and challenging situations

• You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027

• You should have no more than 12 months’work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)

• You must be eligible to live and work permanently in
  the U.S

• You will need to have aDegreeand/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.:

Chemical Engineering

• Agood level of verbal and written English

• Driving Licence

• Willing to work full-time, in person
