Counter Sales- Mechanical

Join our team in Winchester as a Counter Sales Associate
! We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced mechanical environment.

• Assist customers with selecting tires and services that best fit their needs
• Provide in-person and phone support, clearly explaining vehicle service recommendations
• Write and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
• Schedule service appointments and manage the weekly service calendar
• Assign work orders to technicians and track job progress
• Process weekly payroll for technicians and calculate individual commissions
• Support inventory tracking and restocking efforts
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Provide local shuttle service by driving customers after vehicle drop-off

This role may include other tasks and responsibilities as needed. We’re looking for a team player who is ready to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Automotive service knowledge or experience strongly preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Sales experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills are required
• Valid driver’s license required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
