Stix & Stones Indoor Golf is a brand-new, state-of-the-art indoor golf and entertainment venue opening in Winchester, Virginia. Our mission is to create an exceptional guest experience through premium golf simulators, food and beverage service, leagues, tournaments, and community events. We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing team members who enjoy working with people and want to help launch an exciting new business.

As a Bay Attendant / Guest Services Team Member, you'll be the face of Stix & Stones, ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome guests, check in reservations, and provide exceptional customer service.

Assist guests with golf simulator setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.

Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.

Maintain clean, organized simulator bays, dining areas, and common spaces.

Support leagues, tournaments, private events, and community activities.

Promote memberships, events, and special promotions to guests.

Work collaboratively with teammates to create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.

Perform opening, closing, and daily operational duties as assigned.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with strong communication abilities.

Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Adaptability and a strong work ethic.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or currently enrolled in college preferred.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or recreation experience is preferred but not required
.
