Conduct daily phone outreach to members, which will comprise approximately 50% of the role, to obtain documentation, clarify information, and move applications forward.

Engage with members through virtual channels for tasks that do not require phone contact, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.

Collaborate closely with loan officers and other team members to resolve issues, share updates, and maintain a smooth loan process.

Maintain accurate personal logs and records of member interactions and loan status updates.

Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service in every interaction, representing the organization positively.

Prioritize and multitask effectively to manage multiple applications and member requests simultaneously.

Adhere to internal processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to mortgage lending and financial documentation.
