Support Loan Officers and members throughout the mortgage application process by gathering documentation, reviewing information, and helping ensure loans move smoothly from application to approval.
What You'll Do- Partner with Loan Officers and members throughout the mortgage process.
- Collect and review required loan documentation.
- Follow up with members to obtain missing information and paperwork.
- Assist with loan applications from pre-application through processing.
- Calculate income and review asset statements to support loan eligibility.
- Update and maintain loan information in internal systems.
- Manage a pipeline of approximately 45-60 loan applications, with higher volumes during peak periods.
- Communicate with members by phone and through virtual channels to provide updates and answer questions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Comfort working with technology and navigating multiple systems.
- Experience in mortgage, banking, financial services, or administrative support is a plus BUT not required.
- A mix of phone-based and administrative work, with approximately 50% of the role involving direct member contact.

This is a Contract position based out of Winchester, VA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
