The City of Winchester, Virginia Local Government is seeking a Code Enforcement Inspector to identify and address property maintenance, zoning, and nuisance violations through routine inspections and investigations.
You will work with property owners, tenants, contractors, and the public, applying City and State codes to achieve compliance. A valid driver’s license is required, and certification as a Property Maintenance Inspector must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
