Waxing The City Winchester is growing, and busy waxing season is officially here! As a new studio in the area, we’re building an amazing team and looking for a passionate, bright, friendly, and motivated Cerologist to join our team of professionals and grow with us. Do you love empowering people with the knowledge and expertise you went to school for?

As a Cerologist / Esthetician, you will provide high-quality waxing services in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive client experience, educating on aftercare, and building lasting relationships with clients.

• Perform full-body and facial waxing services for all genders using proper techniques and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room between clients
• Consult with clients to assess their needs, skin sensitivity, and offer pre/post-waxing advice
• Promote and sell aftercare products and additional services
• Uphold sanitation and hygiene protocols in compliance with state board regulations
• Build a loyal clientele through exceptional service and client retention practices
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated with industry trends

• Valid state Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• 1+ year of experience in body and facial waxing preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a gentle, professional touch
• Excellent customer care service and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• A willingness to continue to grow in your profession
