Job Description:

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will provide care to adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients, focusing on evaluation and treatment of various orthopedic and neurological conditions. Responsibilities include managing a caseload with a minimum of 11 patient visits per day, utilizing productivity tools to meet daily and weekly billing expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments, including fall risk assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for conditions such as ACL tears, low back pain, and concussion.
• Manage patient cases from initial assessment through to post-operative care and rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Next Gen EHR system.
• Ensure productivity and billing targets are met consistently.

Requirements:

• Professional skills in case management and patient assessment.
• Experience or knowledge in treating a range of conditions, including orthopedic and neurological disorders.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records, specifically Next Gen.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient age group with varying levels of care needs.
