Rotz Pharmacy is a locally owned, patient-centered community pharmacy known for exceptional service, strong patient relationships, and community engagement. We are seeking an energetic, dedicated Pharmacist who excels in patient care and customer service to join our team on a Part-time basis.

We are seeking a part time licensed pharmacist with strong leadership and customer service skills to join our growing independent pharmacy. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, excels in customer service, has experience in managing pharmacy operations and enjoys working in a supportive, non-corporate environment.

• Oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and patient satisfaction when PIC is unavailable
• Lead, mentor and support pharmacy staff and technicians
• Maintain full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Ensure accurate dispensing, verification, and patient counseling
• Provide immunizations and clinical services (MTM, adherence programs, etc.)
• Foster exceptional customer service and long-term patient relationships
• Communicate effectively with staff, prescribers, and patients
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Virginia (required)
• Pharm
  
  D or BS in Pharmacy
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Immunization certification (required or willingness to obtain promptly)
• Proven ability to manage workflow, staff, and operations independently
