Provide safe, high-quality, customer-focused non-medical transportation and para-transit services to and from medical facilities under dispatch center guidance;
Operate transportation equipment and assist clients including those using handicap aids and wheelchair lifts;
Maintain professional conduct and adhere to policies and procedures during transport;
Complete required certifications and trainings within specified timelines (EVOC, CIT, Trauma Informed Care, Suicide and Crisis Intervention, BLS CPR and First Aid);
Coordinate with team leader and dispatch to ensure timely and safe transport services
