Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Winchester is inviting applications for a full-time Band 3 Therapy Assistant to support the Stroke Early Supported Discharge team in the community. You will work alongside Stroke Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech and Language Therapists to deliver rehabilitation and therapy programmes.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
