Agile Practice Lead Senior

Job Description

Develops, plans, coordinates, and delivers and/or evaluates training courses, methods, and techniques that align with Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe Agile, Kanban, and others as needed.

Helps to train teams on Agile methodology and oversees the development of Agile teams to ensure effective outcomes and drive organizational transformations.

Responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and encouraging all personnel to embrace the Agile method.

Must be capable of communicating complex information confidently, develop clear instructional materials for Agile teams, and operate common network tools related to the teams.

Ability to develop curriculum appropriate for all audiences and train as needed, identify gaps in technical capabilities and Agile maturity among team members, and utilize feedback to facilitate process improvement for all areas.

Position is contingent upon contract award.

• Minimum of three years experience leading the migration from single SCRUM to multi‑team scaled Agile processes
• Current SAFe Practice Consultant Certification

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
