Release Train Engineer Senior

Release Train Engineer Senior – Winchester, VA

ECS is seeking a Release Train Engineer Senior to work in our Winchester, VA office. This position is contingent upon contract award. The RTE will manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools such as the Program and Solution Kanban and other information radiators. They will facilitate PI planning readiness, pre- and post-PI Planning meetings, the PI planning event, track execution of features and capabilities, support economic decision‑making, coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in Lean‑Agile practices, help manage risks and dependencies, and track impediments.

The RTE will also improve value flow through continuous delivery pipelines, facilitate system and solution demos, and drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops.

• Bachelor's degree
• TS/SCI clearance
• Current SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
• Minimum of 4 years experience utilizing Jira to track work for the ART
• Previously served as an RTE on a program of similar scope with 50+ FTE

• Current SAFe Agilist certification
