Dev Ops Engineer Senior

Everforth ECS is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer Senior to work in our Winchester, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

ECS is seeking a TS-cleared a Dev Ops Engineer to support one of our mission critical programs for the Department of Justice. As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will collaborate with customers, often engaging directly with non-technical personnel, to understand their mission related needs, suggest solutions, and complete work in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a Dev Ops environment to support the automation and deployment of mission-critical applications.
• Implement infrastructure and automate application development and deployment processes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated delivery of applications.
• Automate and enhance workflows around build, test, and deployment of applications.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure.

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
• Active Top Secret SCI.
• Eight+ (8) years of software/application development experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with Dev Ops, infrastructure automation.
• Significant experience using infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Terraform.
• Knowledge of AWS services and their application to deployment and management of infrastructure.
• Experience in CI/CD toolsets (e.g. Jenkins, Git Lab, etc.).
• Experience with Containerization (Docker) and Containerization Orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Programming experience with Python or Java.
• Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of full lifecycle engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex Cloud infrastructure issues.
