Qualifications
- 10+ years of Federal IT program management experience
- Experience with FBI is highly desired
- PMP certification
- SAFe Agilist certification
- Top Secret clearance
- Provide leadership, direction, and control for all contract activities in support of Justice IT Services.
- Serve as the single authoritative Point of Contact (POC) between the contractor and Government for all contractual, technical, financial, and performance matters.
- Exercise full authority to commit contractor resources, make binding decisions, and resolve issues on behalf of the contractor.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Management Plan (PgMP) and associated management processes in coordination with the COR and IT Program Manager.
- Ensure all work is performed within cost, schedule, and performance parameters while meeting or exceeding required service levels.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and potential performance impacts, implement mitigation strategies, and brief the Government on status and resolution actions.
- Lead program execution meetings, status briefings, and ad hoc reviews, providing clear, accurate, and actionable reporting.
- Coordinate across all functional areas (network operations, cybersecurity, databases, help desk, systems engineering and administration, etc.) to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with DOJ or FBI (as applicable) policies, contract requirements, and ITIL-based management practices.
