You’re a technically strong, forward-thinking AI Developer who enjoys solving real business problems through intelligent systems and automation. You’re equally comfortable building AI-powered customer experiences as you are integrating backend systems and optimizing workflows. As an AI Developer, you will work closely with the IT team and business stakeholders to design and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and digital capabilities across the organization. This role will play a critical part in the development of a new AI-enabled company website and the integration of intelligent workflows within Net Suite ERP.

• Design and implement AI-driven features for a new customer-facing website, including:
  • Intelligent product search and recommendation engines
  • AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants
  • Automated content generation and personalization tools
• Integrate AI solutions with Net Suite ERP to improve:
  • Order processing and tracking
  • Inventory visibility and forecasting
  • Customer insights and account management
• Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI workflows to improve operational performance and customer engagement.
• Utilize modern AI tools, APIs, and LLM technologies to accelerate development and improve user experience.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting AI models and real-time functionality.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance, model accuracy, and usability.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with applicable standards, including HIPAA where applicable.
• Document system architecture, integrations, and workflows to support scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or related technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into web applications and business systems.
• Strong API integration and backend development experience.
• Advanced SQL and data management skills.

• Experience with Net Suite ERP or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience supporting eCommerce or B2B distribution websites.
• Familiarity with LLM technologies such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience building recommendation systems, AI search tools, or chatbots.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
