Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting JD Edwards Enterprise One environments.
• Strong functional expertise in JDE Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
• Must have hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF-enabled warehouse operations.
• Experience supporting warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Strong understanding of WMS/JDE integrations and EDI transactions.
• Experience working in manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams and cross-functional business groups.
• Client-facing experience preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience with RFSmart or other RF/mobile warehouse solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and middleware technologies.
• Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and automation solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation or modernization initiatives.
