Service Desk Support Senior

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Service Desk Support located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC for a hybrid role. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Service Desk Support.
• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, emails and personal requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Salary range: $55,000 to $90,000.
