Full Visibility LLC is seeking a Service Desk Support Senior
, located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC. This is a hybrid role. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI eligibility clearance. Individuals selected for this position may be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain CI polygraph eligibility throughout employment.

• Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personal requests for technical support.
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Service Desk Support.
• Experience providing end-user support and resolving technical problems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document issues clearly.

Salary range: $55,000 to $90,000, depending on local market conditions and candidate qualifications.
