Business Systems Analyst — Senior located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC. Hybrid role. Active Top Secret/SCI eligibility is required. Individuals selected for this position may be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations after start date and must be able to obtain and maintain CI Polygraph eligibility throughout employment.
Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst.

• Lead the collection, analysis, and management of mission-user requirements from prioritization and concept development through user story creation, supporting successful product development and deployment efforts.
• Facilitate the gathering and documentation of business-focused requirements, partnering with product teams and product owners to define and maintain product backlogs while ensuring the end-user perspective is incorporated throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive requirements-gathering activities with a focus on improving usability, enhancing the user experience, and increasing user adoption and engagement.
• Identify and analyze core business needs, translating them into concepts of operation (CONOPS), story maps, user stories, briefings, workflow diagrams, and other supporting documentation as required.
• Provide consultation and guidance on complex projects, evaluating the business impact of technology solutions within current and future operating environments.
• Demonstrate the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documentation; solve multifaceted problems involving multiple variables and potential solutions; and apply strong analytical, critical-thinking, and quantitative skills to support informed decision-making.

• Current SAFe Agile Product Management Certification or ICAgile Product Management Certification.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience utilizing Azure Dev Ops Server (ADO) and Jira to manage requirements, backlogs, user stories, workflows, and Agile development processes.

Salary range for this position is $80K to $135K, based on market conditions and candidate qualifications.
