Business Analyst, Senior

Overview

Senior Business Analyst opportunity within our project management team. The role focuses on capturing and documenting business requirements, guiding agile delivery cycles, preparing and presenting management reports, and collaborating with product owners to ensure project goals are aligned.

• Capture and document business requirements.
• Lead scrum teams through agile delivery cycles.
• Prepare and present management reports.
• Actively engage with product owners to ensure alignment of project goals.

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a project-driven environment.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Jira to track work for a team.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
• Experience as the Scrum Master of a development team.
• Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
• Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts.
• Top Secret clearance and HS diploma or GED.

• Experience in management reporting, including proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards.
• Ability to engage effectively with product owners and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Agile or Scrum Methodologies certification such as Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.

• Clearance:
  Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
  Top Secret clearance is required.
