We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our project management team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, leading scrum teams through agile delivery cycles, preparing and presenting management reports, and engaging with product owners to ensure alignment of project goals.

The opportunity supports a collaborative, client-focused environment where strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a project-driven environment

• 2+ years of experience utilizing Jira to track work for a team

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements

• Experience as the Scrum Master of a development team

• Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management

• Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts

• Top Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• Experience in management reporting, including proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards

• Ability to engage effectively with product owners and stakeholders at all levels

• Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Agile or Scrum Methodologies Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent
