We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our IT team. This role is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing both on‑premise and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and a proven track record of supporting complex IT environments.

• 3+ years of experience in system administration with on‑premise and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience in Windows and Linux server administration
• Experience with network configuration, security, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques
• Knowledge of backup or recovery solutions and disaster recovery planning
• Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages such as Power Shell, Bash, or Python
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Top Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

• Experience with containerization, including Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with identity and access management solutions
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO, SOC, or GDPR
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical projects
• Possession of excellent communication skills
• MCSE, RHCE, or AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, experience, and contract requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
