Senior Help Desk

Location: Winchester, VA (Onsite)

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and has strong problem-solving skills.

• Provide desktop and laptop support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and related equipment.
• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and standard business software.
• Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, and LAN troubleshooting.

• 3-5 years of Desktop Support, Help Desk, or IT Support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless connectivity.

• Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now, Jira, or similar platforms.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification preferred.
