Digital Content Coordinator

Axiom Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Content Coordinator to help manage and organize digital content for a well known manufacturing company located in Winchester, VA. This position will be responsible for uploading, organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital files while helping ensure content is easy to find, properly categorized, and accessible.

• Upload and organize photos, videos, documents, and other digital assets in the company’s DAM system.
• Rename files using established naming standards.
• Add tags, keywords, and other information to help users easily find content.
• Add product and SKU information to digital assets when needed.
• Add appropriate permission tags to assets.
• Create alternative text for images to support website accessibility.
• Review the DAM system and identify missing, outdated, or incorrectly organized content.
• Notify team members when new assets are available.
• Assist with planning and coordinating photo and video shoots.
• Communicate with photographers, freelancers, vendors, and agency partners.
• Assist with reporting, tracking, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the team with additional digital asset and administrative needs as assigned.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00 depending on experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital files.
• Ability to learn and navigate new software and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow established processes.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), digital asset management, content management systems, or similar software is preferred but not required.
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, website content, or accessibility standards is a plus.
