Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervising, labor management, and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily
• Conducting staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities
• Ensuring the development of systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and products in a safe and profitable manner
• Managing operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals
• Providing ideas and suggestions for more efficient operations
• Participating in performance evaluation system for recommending promotions, wage increases, and other HR activities
• Assisting in creating programs for hiring, training, and professional development.

• Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
• RF Scanners WMS functions
• English (reading, writing, verbal) business communication.

Demonstrates expertise in logistics and distribution management, with a focus on operational efficiency, staff supervision, and effective communication. Proficient in managing productivity goals and developing training programs for team development.
