We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to help us meet production goals by ensuring accurate processing of all inbound wood trailers. As a Fleet Coordinator, overseeing the fleet maintenance yard, inbound wood trailers and pre-loaded equipment.

- Put safety first - always
- Work as a team to drive our "people first" culture
- Validate and process all inbound wood trailers.
- Log the weight of loaded wood trailers upon arrival.
- Coordinate movements of all inbound and outbound trailers.
- Inspect the condition of the inbound trailers and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
- Verify paperwork received from drivers and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate daily movement of wood trailers to the plant.
- Use data to ensure trailer usage is being optimized.
Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One-to-five years of logistics experience
Preferred:
- JD Edwards or other ERP system
- If you've worked in carrier or driver relations, you're Trex material for sure.
- Have experience in fleet operations? You'll fit in just fine.
