We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide Hello Care AI implementation with significant executive visibility. This role will provide overall program leadership across multiple work streams, including hardware installation, integrations, workflow development, training, and operational readiness.

• Lead overall program strategy, planning, coordination, and execution across multiple work streams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional resources.
• Provide consolidated program reporting and executive-level visibility.
• Partner directly with C-suite stakeholders and executive steering committee.
• Coordinate with the existing Facilities PM responsible for physical installation and renovation activities.
• Lead or directly manage individual work streams as needed.
• Support go-live, operational readiness, stabilization, and post-go-live activities.

• Senior-level Program Management experience leading complex healthcare IT implementations.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent work streams and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence.
• Experience with healthcare technology implementations;
  Hello Care AI experience is not required.
• Ability to work effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and executive teams.
• East Coast / Eastern Time Zone preferred.
• Ability to be onsite approximately 1–4 times per month, with additional onsite support as needed.
