- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures in compliance with legal codes and regulations on all work projects.
- Coordinate with vendor contractors as required.
- Submit requests to Technical Operations Manager regarding equipment needed.
- Perform non-planned maintenance on production machinery.
- Perform planned maintenance, including preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in the modification of existing equipment and the installation of new manufacturing equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
- Record information as required by the Company’s work order/ERP system.
- Instruct other employees in the operation and function of production machines.
- Assist other mechanics and production employees in repair tasks as required.
- Assist in mold hanging when requested.
- Assist in the plant housekeeping.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Over the years, BRI developed and expanded its injection molding capabilities with presses ranging from 100 to 950 tons. In addition to molding, other services have been added to meet the needs of our customers. BRI offers an array of assembly options, specialized decorating, rapid prototyping, and end-user fulfillment.
