Axiom is seeking Machine Helpers for a food production company located in Winchester, VA. We have night shifts available at this time. These are seasonal positions with potential to become permanent at season end.

• Stage material for production
• Maintain constant stock of material within assigned equipment
• Maintain documentation associated with assigned line
• Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• Setup oncoming shift for a successful production run
• Perform all assigned duties and tasks necessary to support the team including but not limited to: cleaning, restocking, assisting with setup and breakdown of equipment and/or production line

Available shifts include night shift: 5:45pm to 6:00am, 2‑2‑3 schedule, $19.50/hr the production facility is located in Winchester, VA. This is a seasonal position, with potential to become permanent at the end of the season.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Willing and able to take directions from Line Technician and adapt to changes in the work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Works effectively with team members to accomplish collective goals
• Complies with performance criteria, standards of conduct, and all employment procedures and responsibilities
• Adheres to all safety and environmental protocols
• Consistently maintains adequate attendance by arriving on time and ensuring minimal absenteeism, per attendance policy
