Division OverviewCrown's Beverage Division manufactures a variety of packaging solutions for soft drinks, craft beers, coffees and teas as well as new energy drinks. Crown Beverage leads the packaging industry with innovative technologies that redefine how the world looks at beverage cans. With a large printable surface area and a wide range of sizes, shapes and decorating options, our aluminum cans are the perfect packaging format to create compelling brand presence where it counts.

Duties and Responsibilities- Possess basic mechanical aptitude.
- Perform basic arithmetic functions.
- Complete routine written documentation.
- Understand the importance of housekeeping / sanitation requirements.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and utilize idle time to assist co-mechanics on the line.
- Routinely feed materials to several pieces of equipment, general housekeeping, documentation, and basic quality inspections.
In addition to the specific responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum Requirements / Preferences- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Exhibits safety and quality as top priority.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment, both as an independent contributor and as a team player.
- Cross training / multi-skilling in other functions will be a basic expectation of any person hired.
- Detail oriented and very accurate.
- Candidates must be flexible to work any shift and overtime as required.
- Problem solving skills through an individual and/or collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and may be required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The associate may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs or platforms.
- Ability to climb ladders (including rolling ladders) up to 20 ft to perform work.
- Manufacturing plant environment that is not temperature controlled.
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be exposed to lifting, moving machinery, and forklift traffic.
- Production noise level is frequently loud.

Crown offers competitive pay (starting $31.20/hr with a $0.98/hr shift differential, progressing to $33.29/hr).
