Logistics Worker (Temp-to-Hire)
Axiom Staffing Group is currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Logistics Worker for a premier food manufacturing facility in Winchester, VA. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity to join a growing team with a stable Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Duties
- Move and stage products, raw materials, and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Adhere to SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards, maintaining food safety and keeping the work area in a clean, sanitary condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily warehouse, production, and shipping goals.
- Promptly report any food safety issues or operational concerns to authorized personnel.
- Work daily in an environment with exposure to food ingredients, potential allergens, and facility sanitation chemicals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Clear, effective communication in English.
- Capacity to follow directions, learn quickly, and adapt to new workflow procedures.
- Dependable work ethic with a focus on teamwork and safety.
