This position is available on both day shift and night shift. Employees assigned to the night shift are eligible for an additional shift premium.

Flake to Pellet Machine Operator
Reports To:
Team Leader
Summary:
Responsible for operation of NGR Flake to Pellet equipment, crane system and any related equipment that is necessary to assure production of PET resin pellets of optimum quality.
Description:
The Flake to Pellet Machine Operator is responsible for all aspects of continuous operation of the of the flake to pellet system, including safety, equipment operation, monitoring, machine set up and cleaning.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable working in warehouse conditions
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Able to follow safety rules and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- OSHA forklift certification (employer will provide training if not certified)
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
