- Thursday)

A leading manufacturing facility in Winchester, VA is looking to add a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to their 3rd shift team. This is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and fabricate components according to detailed specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Work closely with teammates on the production line to meet daily goals
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Use forklifts for material handling when required (certification may be needed)
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
- Must be able to read a tape measure and convert fractions accurately
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting is a plus
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to producing high-quality work and meeting production targets
