Empowerment Specialist — Refugee Women Leadership

A nonprofit organization focused on social empowerment is seeking an Empowerment Specialist to design and implement programs supporting refugee and immigrant women. This role involves facilitating workshops, providing advocacy, and building community partnerships to address gender-specific challenges. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in social work, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong facilitation skills. Bilingual capabilities in Dari and Pashto are preferred.
