New Life Christian Church is a growing church located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Founded in 1997, we have grown into a wonderful church family that is reaching the lost, that loves one another, and cares for our community.
Position SummaryWe are looking for a new full‑time Family Pastor to oversee the preschool through high school age range of ministry, including vision, planning, and oversight of the entire ministry area, volunteer teams, and at least one part‑time staff member.
Responsibilities- Oversee the preschool through high school ministry.
- Develop vision and plan for ministry.
- Lead and manage volunteer teams.
- Support and supervise at least one part‑time staff member.
- Empower and equip others to carry out ministry work.
- Experience building and leading teams.
- Strong leadership and visioning skills.
