New Life Christian Church is looking for our new full‑time Family Pastor. New Life is a growing church located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Founded in 1997, we have grown into a wonderful church family that is reaching the lost, that loves one another, and cares for our community.

We are currently in a season of staff transition and are looking for someone with experience to oversee the preschool through high‑school age range of ministry. This will include vision, planning, and oversight of the whole ministry area, as well as volunteer teams, and at least one part‑time staff member. Experience building and leading teams is a plus, as we know our continued growth will require a shift from staff "doing the work of ministry" to empowering and equipping others to carry out the work of ministry together.

The role itself has some flexibility, as we're looking for the person God has for us to join our team.
