Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Type: PRN
Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available!
Pay Range: $25.00- $37.00 an/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

- Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes
- Document care provided and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
- Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current LPN license in the state of VA
- 3-5 years of experience in a hospital, long term care facility or other related healthcare facility
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment
- Earn up to 5 weeks of PTO in your first year
