Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Job Type: Full-time / Shift: Nights / Pay Range: $17.75 – $23.75 per hour (offer will reflect demonstrated skills, experience, and background).

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Support safe mobility and transfers.
- Prepare and serve meals according to individual needs.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
- Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions.
- Active CNA certification in Virginia in good standing.
- Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident‑focused care.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Commitment to a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment.
- Dependable, patient, and physically able to assist with transfers.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive community.
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
- Earn up to 5 weeks of PTO in first year.
