Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with at least two years experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a whole‑person approach to care.

• Provide comprehensive primary care (acute, chronic, and preventative)
• Conduct physical exams and wellness visits
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of health conditions
• Support patients with mental health needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and disease prevention
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

• Board‑certified FNP or DNP
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Primary care experience preferred
